RFK Jr Trades Barbs with Democrats Over Vaccine Expert Firings

House Democrats grilled Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. over his decision to overhaul a vaccine advisory committee.

Kennedy’s appearance in front of the House Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee Tuesday was his first time back to Capitol Hill after he removed all 17 members of the Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices earlier this month. The committee makes recommendations to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention about the safety and efficacy of vaccinations.
